Job Title: Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities: You should have a passion for teaching young students. We are looking for a talented, dynamic teacher to teach school and competitive syllabus of Class 7-10.

##What we are looking for?
• One who has can make learning easy and teach students in an innovative manner with an practical oriented approach.
• One who has a good Understanding of Maths and Science subjects up-to class 10 and beyond.
• One who has good communication skills (Odia, Hindi and English) – verbal and written, camera facing skills
• One who is a self-driven quick learner and can show adaptability and multi-tasking ability
• One who can solve doubts of the students effectively
• One who honors the time and is punctual for the scheduled sessions

* One who has prior experience in teaching would be preferred (not compulsory) but freshers who has an inclination to teaching would also be taken into consideration.

##Basic KRA:
• Take 2-3 classes per day depending on the pre-scheduled lecture plan
• Teach students from text books as well as competitive level (if required)
• Make study PPTs / Short notes for teaching in the class (if required)
• Make question paper for bi-weekly tests (2 short tests every month)

Experience: 1-5 Years
Qualifications: Graduate or post graduate
Salary: Rs.15,000 - 20,000
